I'm currently working as the Head of Delivery at the Economist and heading up Agile delivery across the organisation. I enjoy working with teams to understand their distinct perspectives and draw on my experience to mentor and coach them to succeed. I'm passionate about embedding a culture of continuous improvement wherever I work and I especially enjoy helping to create and nurture safe, positive and trusting team environments. Throughout my experience striving for simplicity with teams has been key and I’m always looking for opportunities to experiment with this.
