Martin is the Director of Agile Practices at LoyaltyOne, a Canadian marketing company and part of the fortune 500 company, Alliance Data. Martin is focused on developing the delivery capabilities of the organization; having the spent the last few years focusing on service delivery within technology he is now shifting to focus on expanding the use of Kanban, Systems Thinking, Agile and Lean practices at the enterprise level.
