It'd be great if to ‘become agile’ we just needed to telling how to do it. Obviously we'd see the logic & wisdom of it and so always then only do things the new way....
Sadly humans don't work like that!

This workshop we'll dissect some 'bad' agile habits, & look to rebuild them into better ones. Its not a silver bullet, but will give an understanding of changing human behaviour.

We will crowdsource some 'bad' habits as examples to work with.  I'll talk about the anatomy of habits, and we will use our examples to practice identifying each of the elements.I'll then talk about ways we can influence habits (to break them, to alter them or to form new ones), and again we will use our chosen examples to practice coming up with ideas that might work. 

Finally we'll talk about other tips and tricks that can use separately or alongside our new skills to really push for success.
