In this workshop Helen will guide you through a coaching exercise where you will get the opportunity to observe, be coached and coached. To facilitate this we will be forming coaching triads so you will get to practice your coaching skills in a safe space.
Because of the nature of the exercise we’d ask that you take part in the whole session.
