Fitness for Purpose is one of the central concepts of Lean Kanban - and still underrated and underused in practice. Learning in general and a culture of learning from mistakes are central elements of agile - and still often enough they only happen by accident.
Feedback Loops are anchored deeply within the core of Kanban - but are they really used to foster learning in practice? or - to be precise: Do you use feedback loops for systematic learning to enhance your fitness for purpose?
In this talk we do a roller coaster ride, bringing these buzzwords into life, finding a pragmatic way to really become a learning organization with a fitness-for-purpose-attitude and accidentally hitting the hottest recent buzzword: business agility.
