We frequently talk about organisations like they are people, we care about them, we develop relationships with them and we feel disappointed by them when we realise they are not what we thought they were. We spend a lot of time with our work family so we are sometimes blinded to issues it might be facing.

In this session we will look at what behaviours our organisations exhibit and how these behaviours relate to our own motivations and drivers. How does me work within us and how we deal with situations where our values diverge.
