In this session you will form teams and use Kanban to construct our highly desirable planes.  As we Stole recruited you from our competitors we already know you have mastered the art of Kanban, we just need to teach you how to scale and use the 7 cadences of Kanban.
The Daily Kanban, Service Delivery Review…. I don’t need to list all the cadences here for you, I know I will see you there!
